  Generally a great place to stay, but maintenance can let it down a bit sometimes. In my previous two stays I've had issues with a shower door coming off, DSTV, and Internet not working. It's little things I hope they improve.

  A bit dar from town hence the 3 stars but what a beautiful place to stay in while you are away from home. Secure parking for your vehicle and serene surroundings with close proximity to a shopping mall to get those forgotten or urgently required toiletries or food.

  We have been a regular customer since the placed opened back in 2017. The place itself used to be very nice, very well equipped, comfortable, with nice and quiet surroundings and the staff used to be very accommodating and helpful. But recently, the quality of the room began to degrade (some appliances broken, damages, missing cutlery in the apartment). But since 2020 or 2021 the new manager customer service is pathetic. She is rude and not accommodating at all. This is the worst place by far in Zambia in terms of customer service that i have received from their management. Such a shame for a place that was doing so well.

  beautiful serene surroundings. very nice and private. needs alil attention /updating on the maintaince of the appliances and furniture. service was good staff were friendly and helpful

  Spotlessly clean reams that are serviced every day. Good value for money! Super staff! Everything works in the rooms! Always a positive experience when we stay here.
