  spending a night here wasn't that bad, the food is alright and the wifi is quite fast but I'm giving it 2 stars because when I had misplaced my keys (card) within the room, the lady that does the laundry and cleaning found opportunity to rip me off a K50 as she claimed she did not see it and I had to pay a K50 to replace it but I believe they actually found it and have it and as there was no agreement of such when checking in. I also didn't like the fact that there were a number of bees right by the car park and every time i decided to call the reception from my room, they took quite some time to respond and sometimes wouldn't respond at all and that goes for the kitchen and also other services found on the call list such as the manager's number. In addition to the fact that there isn't a swimming pool and they do not have dstv channels on their TVs except local channels that's 2 stars from me.

  Not for the cluster phobic as the place is not spacious. The car park can only take not more than 10 cars. Very clean environment with some rooms quite private while others are not as private. Not everyone wants to walk past the reception. Otherwise very secure place in the middle of Northmead. More of an adult place than family one because children need some good amount of space.
