    The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near two big shopping malls but the parking lot is smaller.

    Many seem to have had a great experience, I didn't... The internet is really poor. 1st night I have virtually no signal. Could not do any work at all. At least the other nights they arranged a Wifi dongle, but again that's after I moaned. Communication is also poor. Reservations could not get my dates right. I had to go back at least 4 times for them to get it right. Then I asked about transfers, they said they could arrange transfers. I must have asked 3 or more times if the transfer was free, or whether there was a cost. No response, eventually gave up. When I arrive I'm told there is a cost. And it wasn't cheap either ...

    The Hotel is a dream destination for all. It is a world class standard hotel and offers a clean and safe environment . Located at a shopping mall, visitors have easy easy access to sample Zambian cuisines and other local products.

    Good overall experience - staff very friendly and helpful and managed to use one of their conference rooms at no charge. Bar with a fantastic view and breakfast was also very good. Nice and centrally located and walking distance to various shops and restaurants.

    Clean and comfortable rooms, and a good stay overall. Very nice rooftop poolside bar as well. They were great with Marriott Bonvoy recognition, and when the AC in my upgraded room wasn't working they wouldn't let me change to another room - insisting it was their DUTY to upgrade me. They finally found me an upgraded room with working AC after an hour, but I felt like this should have been resolved much sooner.
