  People are friendly, food is good, room service and cleaning is satisfactory. The location is good if you wish to be near the three most upscale shopping malls of lusaka. Pwc and delloite offices are at a walking distance. There are a couple of four stars hotels and lodges near by. Cool breeze is two to 2.5 stars. Perfect for a singles and low budget couples. Conference room is basic and if you want to impress your wife gf or a partner it may not help if your partner is demanding

  The rooms are specious and clean. Secure parking.

  The place is fair though one or two things are missing. I found uncompleted structure which they need to work on.

  The location is good since its close to the malls but my family and I had a poor experience there. The rooms were tiny, the bathroom, even tinier. There was no hot water. The staff tried to help by giving me hot water in a bucked but nothing from the tap or shower

  I have traveled a lot in Africa and have stayed in a lot of different places, but this was the worst I have ever encountered. The cupboard drawer was broken. This was the case in both rooms I stayed in and I have noticed that the broken drawer was reported on this site 5 months ago. I had to move to another room within the first couple of hours after booking in as the air conditioner stopped working. The shower is so small you have to get out of the shower to pick up your soap if your soap falls. The toilet is so close to the wash basin that I could hardly get in to wash my face. The bathroom door is stopped by the bed so I had to squeeze through the small opening to get into the bathroom. The shaving (?) plug in one of the rooms had no fitting in it. The live wires were connected together and open - very dangerous. The light in the bathroom fell from the ceiling and is hanging by a thread. The Towel railing is missing - only one of the supports remain in the wall. The main DB box in the passage is a mess of wires and not closed properly - another danger as far as I am concerned. A power plug that is supposed to be in the wall is almost completely out. The only good thing I can say about this lodge is that it gave me a great sense of relief when I left. I have added photos to explain better what the situation is.
