  The place is okay, fairly clean. The restaurant is fairly clean, well air-conditioned. However, the waitress was so slow, and unsure about the dishes on the menu. When we finally ordered, the food took over 40 minutes to come which was upsetting since the meal we order was simple and we were starving.

  Mosquitoes in the room. Stained towels. Rather disappointing for a hotel in such a location.

  It's a nice place , with nice conference rooms and good hospitality

  Great facility but they need to do more to keep bathrooms clean. Otherwise they have friendly staff and good Zambian food. WiFi connection is yet another challenge that needs immediate attention
