::Lusaka backpackers LTD, has a perfect location especially if one needs to grab a bus from inter-city. The food was very delicious, the bar and the chef on duty were very friendly. However I have to point out that at the reception the service was not warm nor friendly, I had asked politely for a towel as I have been straight from the airport, was promised but never delivered, nor did the lady on duty greet me , her eyes were stern with confusion. Unfortunately the pillow and mattress were thin, the sleep was not comfortable, until I got some of the blankets to put under the mattress for comfort. But I will definitely recommend the place, and will return, hopefully those pointers will be worked on. Thanks.

::The kitchen is disgusting, just looking in there makes you sick, nothing works in it. In the rooms there are no closets or lockers. The pool and the rest of the complex was very dirty. Toilets partly not lockable and should be cleaned more often. Staff was helpful and partly friendly. Wanted to stay there longer, but that changed quickly after the first impression. Rarely have I been so disappointed in a place to stay
