  Overall very nice and clean. Stuff were pleasant. The room I slept in was very clean, comfy and the problem I had was the connecting room was noisy for I could hear everything that the woman and Man were talking about and all in wanted was a good rest. Secondly, why do you get delivered chocolate at 8 in the evening? I appreciate that there was a local treat like our own made Polony that is called Chikanda. 👌 For an international Hotel , can the Gym area be finally completed as I really was looking forward for a walk on a treadmill. A Spa is also lacking and of course a few shops can help with the overall look as am sure there's always someone looking for a last minute gift to take home as remembrance not to mention I was brought a lovely gift buy a total stranger that proposed in a none traditional way i when worked in a craft shop. So until than , you will not get a 5 star.

  What a lovely place. Excellence order and the friendliest staff ever. I have literally been greeted by all the staff. In the restaurant all the waiters greet with big smiles like old friends. This is real hospitality.

  It is indeed a five star hotel with good quality customer service. The place is very clean, neat and the workers are very professional. I had am amazing experience oh and the conference rooms have enough space for any kind of meeting

  Very nice and polite staff. Excellent service. It would definitely get 4 stars if it wasn't for the dinner. Low quality meat (the steak and the chicken we had) with low quality vegetables. It did nowhere match the high prices But food wise there was a comeback. The breakfast was excellent, 5 stars for the breakfast
