  I love the serenity and the fact that the people working there are super friendly!! Might make this my Lusaka lodge💃😂 Four years later still love the place but they can work on a few things such as the knobs of the doors,the geyser in our room wasn't working and the toilet had issues. Plus they can add more to their English breakfast other than eggs and two slices of bread.

  Staff do not seem to have adequate training in hospitality.

  Really not impressed... There were no service staff anywhere to be seen, felt like the lodge was abandoned... The public bathrooms had no running water, yet somehow the toilet was leaking and covered the entire floor in water... The rooms were fair, but lacked cleanliness
