::Disappointed with the customer care manager, who took long (over a week)to respond to my text message. When she calls to inform me where I need to go get my problem sorted out, she was not professional in her response, she couldn't even apologise for not having responded to my text messages.I am pretty sure a customer care manager should be more than qualified to respond to customers. This is sad 😔.

::Worst Customer Service. Being a Corporate Branch they only have 1 teller only for cash deposit and withdrawals and other one only for Money grams. No counter for bulk withdrawals or deposit.
