  Respect and courtesy for customers is pathetic particular reference is made to a receptionist called Mulenga...it's employees like her that made my stay the first and last visit

  Can't complain anything much about the place, except the design of of the room (Wash basin outside the bathroom in the room) No Mirror. The room was spacious though and staff courteous.

  The location is great and quiet. The rooms though are a tard bit old for my liking.
