One of the most consistent hotels in Kitwe. Best place to be for out of town hospitality.

Very good lodge in kitwe. Clean n spacious rooms with nice support staff. Lot of green areas inside the hotel premises. Decent options for buffet breakfast and a decent WiFi speed. Am loving it.

Had a one day conference and it was fantastic. Really enjoyed the greens and cool atmosphere. Sherbourne is the place to be!

This hotel which comes at a higher rate than the close-by lodge fails to deliver the basic needs of a business traveller. Rooms are prepared to look expensive and classy but bedsheets are dirty and the lighting of the room has an irritating effect on the eyes. This speaks to the incredibly poor service levels that can be expected and is delivered so consistently by Hotel staff. Reception does not speak thus customer service is very difficult to rate as it simply doesnt exist. Although to give credit there was one instance during my stay where reception could be heard offering to move a guest to a room with water in order for her to have her morning shower. Breakfast leaves alot to be desired such as warm bacon, sausage that has not turned, sugar at the coffee station and other small basic things that set the professionals apart from the amateurs. Wifi connectivity is available and works well...in the rooms that is and not in the reception or social areas of the hotel where one might think it would be needed given today's habits. One more note to not leave out would be the notable smell of what smelled like cooking fish oil as I exited my room into the hallway of the third floor on the one morning I spent here. In summary...the lodge is cheaper and better than the hotel, do not be fooled by the word "hotel". NOTE. This review should not be misinterpreted or confused as a review of Zambia.
