  The location is excellent, Central and close to almost everything. It was over priced for the services they offer. The staff were helpful. The room was good with a comfortable bed, but had no in room tea service, the free WiFi didn't work at all. There was no in room telephone to reach reception, kept having to leave my room for help. The breakfast was average. I couldn't get anything to eat from the restaurant for dinner because they only stock what is needed (breakfast foods). Needs to be improved.

  The place was too congestive and don't have a restaurant or bar. When enquired for dinner they had a few items only and the breakfast was not good. Rooms were full of mosquitos. Staffs were not attentive at morning no one was there in reception except the security. Overall I'd Ontario recommend this place to anyone.

  A quiet place to stay in Kitwe with a helpful staff. The rate are somewhat not negotiable. Possibility of coming back are high.
