  1. Very bad customer service. The staff need training. 2. Infrastructure increasingly becoming bad. Stayed in 3 different rooms on 3 consecutive occasions and had aircone problems in each room 3. Last room I stayed in only had hot and cold water. Couldn't mix to warm

  Great experience. Friendly staff. Great customer service to the waiter Muzumara. He was good to us🤗 but rooms need more attention. Toilets should be cleaned with detergents the toilet had bad scent. Room cleaners should knock on doors before entering this one time I was resting and she used another key to open claiming she wanted to check if the room was cleaned. Didn't make sense to me but I approached her and she apologised. I was puzzled😏

  Extremely Disappointing Place!!! I just checked in this lodge with recommendations from my friends. Sorry to say this is not a place to stay & recommend to others. Compared to what they charge its completely disappointing. No hot water in shower in morning, Reception is least bothered to respond to requests. Washrooms not clean, ants and mosquitoes in the room. After all this go to have your breakfast and find cold water for your tea / coffee although I appreciate the restaurant staff they got me a nice omelet prepared upon request. This is certainly not the Crossroads I have heard about. Guys get your standards up else people are bound to leave you guys and never return. I wish I had found a way to get a Refund for the money I have wasted at this place.

  Clean rooms with fridge and kettle, but don’t expect tea bags or friendly service!Not worth the price. TV didn’t work. Sink leaked. View of wall from room window, with staff walking past. Disability ramp would serve as a death slide into the pool. Definitely not wheelchair friendly.
