  In it's effort to support the Zambian Enterprenuer ecosystem, they have an innovation hub on the first floor of this building. And true to it's word, the place gives you an "innovation" and "creative" ambiance. As an entrepreneur and creativity it quickly felt like home. They have a meeting room with a 76" screen, several workstations and for that needed break, their break room has a pool table and some other games to help relax and interact with other creatives. They also have a mini cafe where you can get a smooth, cupcake, etc. Definitely great initiative by Zanaco Bank

  In the year 2022... The whole of Zanaco requires you to write a physical letter to do bank reversal. Stopping to bank with Zanaco was one of the best decisions I made. I hope they one day grow to be truly big strong and reliable because right now they aren't.
