  My first experience was awful. I was attended to by a reluctant female teller who took a personal call in the middle of my transaction. Additionally, her responses to my queries were classless and unprofessional. Lastly, why have so many customer care lines if none of them even WORK?! 🤦‍♂️

  The past two days my experience with Eco Bnak Cairo Branch has been bad. The first day it took me 20mins to just do a deposit of a small amount of money. And during my time at the counter the teller left her station almost 6 times. Sometimes she was answering her cellphone. On the second day it was about 15mins to do another transaction. What baffles me the most is the amount of time i have to wait for the receipt to be printed out. Worse part the printer is in another room so after waiting for a long time the teller has to go there to collect it. Less chit-chat would help especially since some people talk with their hands. Eco Bank is a big bank and i expect much better service from them.
