  Generally hopeless service. Queue of clients outside for 15 meters, after waiting for 1 hour to enter, waited more inside. Main reason only 2 tellers open.

  During a previous visit security outside tried sending me away at 1445 while the sign outside says the bank closes at 16. I was let in after refusing to leave and asking for the manager. As I type this my wife has been inside for over 40 minutes to make a simple payment into a Zanaco account. I recommend to not bank here. Stay away !

  Needs dedicated staff not workers leaving their posts for no reason without clearing a que.

  It's okay, though on some days there is a lot of queuing and can sure use faster service.

  They need to improve the promises they make to their customers. You have to come at least three times for the same complaint to be resolved. Not good for a bank that prides itself in being big strong and reliable!
