  I had my money returned the very next day after an atm error that had deducted money from my account without dispensing, I did have to lodge in a dispute at the branch, and the lady who attended to me was very kind and helpful, so were the two customer care agents i spoke to on the phone when following up the issue. And for that they get 4 stars. Because other banks do immediate reversals without having to visit their branch after an ATM malfunction.
