::Not impressed with their services. Found Dirty beddings with stains, Found 2 cats on the premises which I don't like. And with regards to food I ordered Nshima With Fish and the Fish was not properly cooked it had Gills and Scales. The New Block doesn't have a door to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. Sato lodge has potential to improve but they need to pay extra attention to hygiene and little things that matter the most.

::The place is of low service quality, the staff is very unfriendly, and the meals are terrible 😑. There's no free WiFi which makes it difficult to work.
