  Rooms neat and tidy. Bed and bedding were clean, no bed bugs! Some plugs dont work, or are loose. Shower head was a bit manky. Bath was clean, though, and water was hot. Dinner was epic. Curry was hands-down the best I've had. Would definitely eat there again. Breakfast was basic, functional. Not epic like the dinner. Random casino on site, gardens and exterior could do with some tlc. Perfect for business accomodation but not so great for longer stay.

  Overall a decent place to stay. However the buildings have deteriorated quite a lot, and there are a lot of faulty/flickering light fittings in hallways and rooms (this can pose a medical risk to those sensitive to flashing images). The WiFi also doesn’t reach the rooms, so had to sit in the hallway to receive emails and messages. Otherwise room was in good shape

  This place used to be ideal and neat as we come to kitwe every quarter for . However everytime we come it seems to deteriorate further. Short on staff and it seems the owner has no interest . Only the chef is good and upto task.

  Loved this place through and through!! Excellent rooms with beautiful design, amazing food, and highly polite staff! I came here with my family and stayed on multiple occasions because it was such an amazing experience. I have also had parties of up to 300 people here and they have organized it all so well, all my guests were very happy as well! Great place for kids and adults, and the location is prime with close proximity to many things. Make sure your next stay in Kitwe is at Pamo!!
