  Reception: Customer care is non-existent. Don’t think I saw anybody smile Cleanliness: Fairly clean Atmosphere: The rooms are filled with a swarm of mosquitoes. Huuuuge mosquitoes. And insecticide is not provided. So make sure to carry insecticide and repellant if you have any hope of not acquiring malaria. Meals: Acceptable and fairly priced. Entertainment: Zero. No TV in the room and no lounge to watch TV in. Overall, for the price, they need to do better.

  Rooms are relatively clean, hot water is mostly available but not always. Aircons work. Staff attitude to customer service is non-existent. You may even eat there if you are lucky. Overall, you can spend a night or two there but come prepared and don't expect much.

  For Luangwa...rooms are not too bad!. But the food leaves much to be desired

  The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure all their guests have the necessary accommodations. The rooms are rather spacious for the price with soft beds, enough sheets, a desk, and a T.V. The meals are traditional Zambian food (nshima), but they do have rice options too. For breakfast, a more Americanizized option of tea, eggs, bread, and sausage is offered, though it's not complimentary with lodging.

  It's has a good layout and the meals are nice, though it's seems works of re hehehehehabilitation are ongoing
