::Reception: Customer care is non-existent. Don’t think I saw anybody smile Cleanliness: Fairly clean Atmosphere: The rooms are filled with a swarm of mosquitoes. Huuuuge mosquitoes. And insecticide is not provided. So make sure to carry insecticide and repellant if you have any hope of not acquiring malaria. Meals: Acceptable and fairly priced. Entertainment: Zero. No TV in the room and no lounge to watch TV in. Overall, for the price, they need to do better.

::Rooms are relatively clean, hot water is mostly available but not always. Aircons work. Staff attitude to customer service is non-existent. You may even eat there if you are lucky. Overall, you can spend a night or two there but come prepared and don't expect much.

::The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure all their guests have the necessary accommodations. The rooms are rather spacious for the price with soft beds, enough sheets, a desk, and a T.V. The meals are traditional Zambian food (nshima), but they do have rice options too. For breakfast, a more Americanizized option of tea, eggs, bread, and sausage is offered, though it's not complimentary with lodging.
