  I like the place, it's good for banking. Lunch time is not the best time to visit, you find long queues. Otherwise the service is good and professional

  FNB Comercial Branch, at Arcades Lusaka, is rather busy during the day, but not too busy. The staff is proffesional and on point with all enquiries and bussiness related banking. There is personal banking tellers and facilities. I was however very pleased with the bussiness related service we received at the FNB Zambia Commercial Branch.

  Good service. Occasionally long queues. There room for improvement.
