  They offer good services but they are slow in terms of operations.

  The services are okay, though a few employees (i.e security guards and tellers) are rude. Another thing is the rate at which they attend to clients is way to slow (similar with Mongu branch).

  Every little thing you have to do here takes forever because of the poor customer to employee ratio. The branch needs to grow in tandem with the local population.

  The bank is alright although the way the way the guards conduct themselves at the door is somewhat unprofessional. In some instances they allow people they know to go in first even if they might not be first in line.. it's very hurtful. The bank staff are just okay though I must say they are horribly slow in doing their work.
