::During a previous visit security outside tried sending me away at 1445 while the sign outside says the bank closes at 16. I was let in after refusing to leave and asking for the manager. As I type this my wife has been inside for over 40 minutes to make a simple payment into a Zanaco account. I recommend to not bank here. Stay away !

::They need to improve the promises they make to their customers. You have to come at least three times for the same complaint to be resolved. Not good for a bank that prides itself in being big strong and reliable!
