  With zanaco banking services it's hectic it needs patience because it is very much congested. The customer care services is bad with this bank and also their ATM machines are something else when it comes towards every month end. When you are at zanaco bank you are not welcomed the workers will be just looking at you as if you are not a customer and because of too many people banking with them their place has become small to accommodate customers you will find the place is full that even other customers fail to get in OR find somewhere to stand. It's not a good bank to be with if you are not patient enough or if you are not tolerate. The only thing I like about it is that it is almost everywhere and secure.
