::3 out 4 encounters I've had with Zanaco Ndola Branches have been unsuccessful and unsatisfactory. You may think you're at the right branch only to be referred to the other and when you're there you find that it's possible to get lost even with all those security guards to help with guidance. I just ended up opening an account with their competitor. I'm even surprised that they've been winning Best Bank awards, maybe its because of the Express mobile banking services they're dominating (which is almost impossible to become an agent of).
