  One of the worst banks in terms of customer service. Especially walk in customers trying to ask questions. The security guards or door minders are even worse. They are insolent.

  Since the redesign of the branch. It's a cosy, really wonderful place to be. I don't know if it's the because of the redesign but the employees are super polite.
