  We ended up not booking as the customer service was pathetic from the lady we found at the reception who could not even welcome us. No enthusiasm at all.

  Attended a 5 day workshop here and we as a group were only given one specific lunch nsima meal a day. Management refused to give us an option to choose what meals each one wanted.

  Attending a meeting; the Wamulungwe Lodge has spacious conference room, which is air-conditioned well ventilated and has sufficient lighting. Meals are delicious and sumptious; well prepared. Only dining room is small, and one has to squeeze between back rests of chairs to reach one's seat. Also has a good car parking lot, though gets overwhelmed when vehicle numbers; they probably have alternative parking area
