::Disappointing food, corridor music can be heard in the rooms at night. Rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean but the lighting is flat overhead so it feels clinical - needs lamps and a switch by the bed. Staff are all great.

::Clean hotel, spacious rooms, sort of stands out in the area, I really liked how it looked. Shower was buggered and the water came out funny, a couple of us (around 4) ordered a medium steak and got an almost burnt one although I managed to return mine and get an almost well done one but better than the 1st I got. When we had to pay since we were a large group at 7am, had to pay one by one since there was only one cashier which was another disappointment You have to pay for a cooked breakfast which was disappointing.

::Today was the perfect day for the urban bliss experience! I ordered a passion fruit mocktail, which tasted amazing until the very last drop. It did not lose its sweetness even after the ice melted (I've had mocktails that did lose their sweetness, and as a sweet tooth I did not appreciate that) For dinner I had a mixed vegetable curry with rice, which also tasted divine. I also had a taste of the chips and they were crunchy and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Will definitely go back again soon to try other items on their menu. Easy 5 stars.

::The hotel is placed at a location where it's difficult to expand as it's closely surrounded by residential houses making it compacted. This makes it difficult, e.g. to take a meaningful walk around the hotel. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place to book when you are in Kabwe town.

::The place is absolutely stunning! From the decor to the ambiance, to the service and the food. They have a spa, a gym and a pool that are accessible to their guests, and their rooms are just gorgeous. The only thing I’m a bit not happy with is the extravagant prices for meals and services like laundry. I’d advise you order take out and carry your own iron cause these services will cost you an arm and a leg. Otherwise it’s a very posh place you’ll definitely enjoy. A jewel in the town of Kabwe.
