::Located right in the middle of the busiest shopping area and commuter station. Not a place you want to spend a quiet time. The food is good. The service could be better though. There's plenty secure parking and wheelchair access. The restrooms need urgent attention.

::The reception is a not 24 hours so if you arrive kabwe at night and need somewhere to sleep I wouldn't recommend because the reception is closed. I slept there from Wednesday to Thursday. Overall service was good. They have a lovely pool, swimming is for residents only.

::A great experience with a clean room and bathroom, rooms equipped with working fridge, kettle and air conditioner for a very reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and helpful during booking (at short notice) and check in. Restaurant staff were equally friendly and helpful (they called up to my room to inform that what I initially ordered had finished so I could order something else). Will definitely stay here again if the need arises.
