::I went to Tiffany's Canyon Lodge with very high hopes. The lady I found at the reception welcome me well. However, the service from the people at the reception in the subsequent days of my stay were not very helpful. Food was okay when you order from the restaurant. But the conferencing food was very basic. Coming to the rooms, they have a nice view of the 'lake'. But this were my disappointment came from. Firstly, the room had no fridge, no table and no chair. I found that off especially in this era and considering that I was staying for 7 nights. I had to request for a table and chair and big table was brought which obstructed part of my entry into the room. The other downside is in the design of the shower. The bathroom is designed in such a way that you cannot open the shower door of the bathroom door is closed. It must be open. That was completely off. In addition, they installed very small geysers and you have to rush your shower time or the hot water will run out before you even reach half way in your bath. My major disappointment was came when sewer water started coming through my shower drain. I don't know how the plumbing was done all whether this challenge was just in my room. But my experience was such that whenever another room uses the bathroom, there is noise in my shower coming through the shower drain. This place has a lot of potential. But perhaps they need to look at the issues in the rooms particularly in the new building as I was told.

::Just dropped in for coffee but, unfortunately, I was asked to pay K100 as entry fee. This is the first restaurant I've been to for quiet and peace where clients are required to pay an entry fee!! 🤨 So, I didn't have my coffee but I headed further down the road to see what hope lies ahead 😢

::Great Place for a Weekend Gateaway especially if you are going to be staying at the Lodge Park. Its quiet, serene & ideal for a relaxing weekend & if you are planning an intimate event, the Lodge is a really good Venue. The other part, the Park can be pretty crowded, rowdy & noisy on weekends but if you like crowds....its all good.

::Was there on a Thursday and they were not accepting coupons for smart saver and yet I can use them from Monday -friday. Knowing full well it was not a holiday. Also. The toilets were dirty and no one was there to maintain them.

::Beautiful place to get to with your family and friends on a weekend. Has swimming pool for adults and children. Has boat cruise adventures and paintball with good music. Only down side is that the place gets too crowded and and you can't find food on site. You have to carry your own food
