  Location is ideal. However service delivery, PR skills of staff managing the Lodge leaves one with a sour feeling. Clearly management of this lodge has plenty work to do. It would seem over the years the lodge has suffered neglect from its owners. Rooms are supposed to come with breakfast. Its never offered, there is mould in rooms no hot water supply. Linen not changed unless clinet requests. There are however some small wins that the owners could possibly look. A complete overhaul of the lodge required. Great location but horrid service delivery

  First the good parts. The reception was friendly and the outside area is quite nicely done. They had a bit of trouble understanding English though. The pool was empty even though November is one of the prime times for swimming. Bummer. The rooms looked fine on the outside, but were very worn down on the inside. One chalet was missing a shower head. The place has got quite a few mosquitoes, but instead of fixing the windows and putting clean mosquito nets, they have a worker go into the rooms and spray them all the time, which doesn't help. The interior of the rooms was either very worn down or just built by people with two left hands. The beds are OK ish for a night. I guess it's still the best you can get in Nyimba.
