  Just terrible, honestly don’t know why we bank through this branch. Never enough tellers, tellers always off on busy days. People next door at Zanaco are done in a 10th of the time. There there are people who have done their banking and got a covid booster shot outside of Zanaco in 20 minutes, I’ve been in the que at Stanbic an hour and not even close to inside yet. How do you get it this wrong? At least provide shade and chairs for senior citizens if you are going to be this pathetic.
