::The Staff clearly have no training whatsoever. Hot water is rationed, reception is mostly abandoned. The lady cleaner has an attitude. The One answering company calls surely has to be schooled and the Penza boy has to be told what the business is about and how to keep clients.

::Its not a bad place and they are fairly priced.. They only accommodate and there are no meals provided. The place can be made better though
