  The guy at reception needs customer service training. He didn't show interest to help us and his demeanor leaves little to be desired.

  Being along the banks of Zambezi River and the other river that runs parallel is simply superb

  Great location. Best place in Zambezi. The lodge is well priced and beautiful. The rooms are decent, although I'd recommend getting a pricier room, theyre so much better. It's a beautiful place. I enjoyed my stay. But that said, the staff is the only downside. They're quite lazy and slow. Service is quite poor and food is only okay.
