  Great place for business meetings and social gatherings.. nice rooms..they have one of the best bars(cloud 9)on the 9th floor..the location is great,at the heart of arcades mall near East park mall and mand hill mall. 10km from the KK international airport..

  Great location -a walking distance to Arcades shopping mall and East Park Mall. Manda hill shopping mall is about 5minutes ride. Staff are friendly and good variety on the buffet breakfast. Complimentary hot beverages at the reception area (coffee, hot chocolate. Tea making machine available for hotel guest. Rooms are cozy and clean. Complimentary iron and iron board for each room. Though the hotel does not have a gym, there is one located just across the street from the hotel. There is a crafts market on Sunday at Arcades where one can get a variety of Zambian art and ornaments. Lots of eating places nearby. I enjoyed my and will definitely come back.

  친절한 직원들이 매우 좋았던 호텔. 호텔 근처에 큰 몰이있어서 좋았다. Wifi가 방 전체에서 잘되지 않고 문에 가까운 쪽에서만 잘되는게 아쉬움이 남는다. 조식도 괜찮은 편이다.

  The hotel is nice. No gym. The WiFi is falling every time and is unstable

  A very good experience. Friendly and helpful staff made my stay a pleasure. The room was clean and comfortable with all the luxury necessities. I will go back. Ps. Just don't forget your international plug adaptor.
