  A pleasant place to stay. Enjoyed their breakfast. Though a bit noisy during the day given its location but very tranquil at night. The only blemish are the street vendors who spread their wares right by the entrance of the hotel. It's an eyesore.

  Never judge a book by the cover, the building looks 70's but the facilities are modern and up-to-date. The staff are happy, proud and friendly. Great place to stay in Lusaka

  Good option for this area of Lusaka, but I recommend the other two Protea hotels for quality and neighborhood. Rooms were above average for Zambia. Rooms were reasonably comfortable and air conditioning worked fine. Bathrooms are decent, with plenty of hot water. Food is good, including both traditional Zambian options (try the oxtail with nshima and greens) and Western choices. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Good value.

  Great location. Outstanding service..reception staff and chef in the kitchen. Hotel outdated. Lack of balcony or terrace to go alone and sit outside dies not make me to come back . Not really any bar...with nice cocktails on site. Great location in centre of city
