  This is an upmarket establishment that meets with real world standards. The breakfast was a tad disappointing concidering the daily rate.the selection was considerably smaller than some of the cheaper hotels I have frequented in the area. The rooms are impeccable and views of the gardens and facilities are really awesome.

  Located within the comfortable almost out skates of the CBD, the hotel is quite and suitable for both work and family getaways. The rooms host a variety of amenities to make your stay very comfortable. The free WiFi (unsecured vpn recommended) is fairly decent with an average of 2 mbps gets lower with more users. The food was not good during the period of our stay there, the breakfast was good though and they do have a wide range of drinks to select from.

  They stay at the hotel was amazing from the staff to the chef. Very friendly and polite. Chef Forbes and chef Bianca were just amazing . We had dietary issues and when we told them they made us the most delicious dishes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Once again thank you to both the chef

  I really couldn’t find anything wrong with this place, only thing is they don’t have a gym. But other than that the environment is clean and tranquil, the stuff is so friendly and helpful, the food is scrumptious and the rooms are amazing. I’m definitely going back here because I’m so in love with the place!

  This is one of those places I arrived and didn’t want to spoil the moments by taking too many photos. I arrived for a holiday with my wife and we loved our stay there. The breakfast was amazing and had a great selection as is traditional of the Marriott/Protea brand. It felt like home away from home!
