  Customer service is not very good. But the EMS sending service is very efficient and with tracking numbers to track parcels. It's a one stop shop, you can pay water bills, pay road tax, buy a car online and have it delivered to your door step, its powered by sbt Japan. You can use swift cash which is a sending money service , it has gotten cheaper due to the competition in the sending money market.
