  Offers a wide range of services including road tax, flight bookings, buses and local parcel shipping under EMS which is my favourite service so far in the country because it's I think it's affordable and safe though not the fastest. The only problem as is common with most civil services is that they are snail-slow so spare enough time before you go there or else you may end up missing an important flight or appointment.

  When you are making payments for road tax through the post office make sure you have you have enough time. Because you will spend the whole day there.
