::Customer service is poor, very few doctors available to attend patients. We waited for over 3 hours to see a Doctor. Whilst there customers were complaining bitterly about the waiting time with many wondering why it was fee paying with such poor services. The processes were okay except longer waiting period. Management need to increase the number of doctors to improve efficiency.
