  Rooms are ok and very clean. I was there last weekend of April in room 14 and these a few things that needs to be improved when it comes to service delivery. There were no bathing slippers in the bathroom and no hot water for bathing. The lady at the bar should improve her attitude or reception towards costumers, most of the time when you want to buy something at the bar, you have to start moving around looking for her, her personality wasn't upto the standards. Looking forward to be there once small when I visit Copperbelt

  Very convenient, less complicated to navigate around. Problem location too small
