  Staying at Nakasheke was a highlight of the trip for me! The gardens are so beautiful and relaxing to spend time in. I can not say enough about the kind and welcoming staff who go above and beyond in each interaction. Thanks for giving us a home away from home, and to each staff member for the hospitality, meals shared, conversations and advice. I am missing Nakasheke gardens and would happily return in the future. All the best!

  The staff were very welcoming and open to adjust to our needs. A perfect home away from home for the extent of our time in Mazabuka. I would gladly come back to Nakasheke Gardens again next time (to see how the gardens have grown even more lush)!

  I would always come back to Nakasheke Gardens! This place is an escape from the busy and dusty main roads. Close to the market, it is in perfect walking distance from the town and Nakambale Market. One thing first: people with sleeping problems should definitely bring very good ear plugs. A closeby bar plays loud music all evening long, until night hours. Now to the lodge: It has a beautiful garden, the rooms are equipped with comfy beds, a desk and a fridge, mosquito nets and a fan. Breakfast is served and the staff is flexible about the time. Now, the staff: I would always return to just meet these wonderful people again. We were overwhelmed by the team's kindness, helpfulness, and friendliness. Joseph and each and every one of Nakasheke Gardens was not only up to have nice chats, but also taught us something... About culture, food, or just the surrounding. We stayed for a long time and they did everything to accommodate us so we feel very homely. This was definitely our second home away from home. Thank you for everything!
