  This was a public Leisure Club,owned by the LUANSHYA municipal concile. it was under the management of the council, in the early 2000. The Tarves was closed sold to a private company in 2005. However the company failed to mentain the place. The club was closed by health inspectors in 2006, due to failure to the health standards. All its propaties were taken by the court . From then till now the Tarven is no longer under operation. Muzabwela Tarven no longer works and the building has been demolished by the public. Leaving Muzabwela Tarven with no hope of coming back to it original state.

  It's place for drinking alcoholic drinks only. Hence it's not a good place for most people
