  The customer service was terrible They have no professional cook so the meals are not satisfactory The rooms don't have high pressure shower, the beddings were dirty. The lodge does not have a bar based on the owners religious background. They don't Cater alcoholic beverages. The location is excellent right by the highway.

  The place has all sorts of rooms from VIP to ordinary ones. They do not sell liquor. Food is average.

  Another wonderful place to lodge. Big & comfortable rooms. They should just work on the piping. Water is brownish must be due to rust.

  Mbala View Lodge built way to many rooms but didn't put enough effort to ensure each room was finished properly. From a simple accommodation standpoint, the room is sufficient with a massive bed, but with bedding that doesn't fit properly, there's a kettle but no tea or coffee provided, there's an air conditioner but it's drain pipe empties onto the bathroom floor. On the plus side, the shower had hot water but it comes out brownish. Staff were friendly.
