::The whole experience is very warm, starting from outside. The guards are helpful with parking and courteous. The reception process is efficient. The medical staff is reassuring and the team of doctors is competent. The experience makes you feel better.

::MKP hospital is extremely clean with amazing staff but should greatly improve on catering services especially where healthy meals are concerned. This is a hospital, and hospitals I believe should promote healthy and tasty delicacies and not just anything they can make up in their minds to prepare without a proper recipe. The front desk managers should be more trained on professionalism and communication etiquette with visitors otherwise, it's a clean hospital and well maintained.
