  I don’t know about other branches but I had the worst experience at the Solwezi, Mushitala branch. Spent too much time waiting just to be attended to by a doctor and spent almost an hour and 30 minutes just waiting to collect my medication from the dispensary and I was literally in pain the entire time I had to wait. Worst private clinic I’ve been to so far.

  They are changing any how for delevry 2 days before my friend went they charged him 8100k After 2 days I went they charged me 10500k and again to much waisting time at cashier side they don't know anything...I was so upset after discharge....but we'll you don't have options here...

  The hospital staff are nice and accommodation. it's a good hospital in general with many facilities and provides quality medical care. However be prepared to spend three hours or more because of there is always so many people waiting to see the doctors.

  kindly try to work on reception patients shoud not wait for more than an hour before they are being attended to.
