  The customer service is not good at all, I don't know if this store is understaffed or what because most of the time I pass through here to grab something to eat, you will have one staff member taking orders and dispatching the orders at the same time. And the food takes ages to be ready, the 15 minutes takes 1 hour, then comes at times not well prepared other times very oily and tasteless. At times it's not kept clean, the tables and the floor. There is a serious need for improvement before they lose clientele.

  The chicken is tasty, especially the spicy options, but the service sometimes can be bad, they have a tendency of not giving everything in the order, not sure if they forget to check the orders or actually do it on purpose. Sometimes you order a drink and they dont include it, tomato sauce you have to ask for it sometimes, can be a pain. But the food is Halaal and tasty.

  They don't have an accurate number to take orders. When you go in person you wait hours. Consider delivery as well

  Located in Jacaranda mall in Ndola with quick bites of tasty chicken burgers, wings, ice cream, soft drinks...Late service from staff and over crowded. Decent seating capacity and good for take aways only. Not well maintained in terms of Hygiene, no toilets and wash basin.
