::Awesome view of Chipata from the Kanjala Hills. The gardens are relaxing and the accommodation has a modern open design and the decor is great. We all fell in love with the Cottage and hope to be back.

::It is a place of its kind. Beautiful landscapes and gardens. Best suited for the gateaway stay. The house is fully furnished with neat finishes. The kitchen boasts of all the necessary accessories to make life in the cottage worth the stay. The extra amenities include pay TV, WiFi, braii facilities and out door sitting spaces. 25m away is a well stocked yoga hall for use by guests at an extra charge. A well qualified yoga instructor to help you burn that extra fat that comes with holiday life. The cottage is located at the foot of Kanjala Hill. A walk to the hill makes you enjoy the aerial view of most part of Chipata CBD. When you are at Homz Cottage, the next best thing to do is extend your stay..... the place is "addictively" cosy. No amount of writing can fully describe the beauty and ambience you find at Homz Cottage.

::Stayed here while attending the N'cwala festival. It was the best accommodation decision I could have made. The house was comfortable, luxurious, clean, and great value for money. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Would highly recommend it to anyone travelling through that area!

::Best surprise on our 4month Southern & Eastern Africa trip. Owner and his family very friendly and helpful at check in. Got our 4X4 washed. Huge cottage with so many areas to relax. Stunning gardens. Off to do Yoga with the owner's daughter in studio below the cottage. HIGHLY recommend this place. VERY reasonably priced. 1 night stay, within 10minutes after check in turned into more before we continue our travels😊
