::If there was a score in the negative I would have given it gladly. The worst experience ever. When making the booking I was given a price for a standard room, however, when I got there I was told they had hiked the price. The room had no closet and no headboard. I had no where to hang my clothes and no where to put my laptop. To top it all up, the receptionist charged Me twice and refused to help me resolve the issue. They refused to give me the accountant or Managers number. The manager wasn't even bothered. I would rather sleep in my car than go back to this so call hotel.
